Aldo joined Schenectady Community Ministries in Schenectady, NY, as their Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer during the spring of 2023. His first major project was to plan, organize, and deploy that year's Summer Meal program, which distributed over 13,000 meals across 19 sites within Schenectady. As lead operations staff, he is committed to driving organizational success by identifying and eliminating redundancies with the aim of maximizing resources, nurturing the professional growth of the staff, and supporting the sustainability of SiCM's food access work and interfaith organizing.
